Remember this fancy MBI dustbin that stuck out like a sore thumb because it was over flowing with rubbish. It was located on the 5 foot way if front of KFC Ipoh Garden previously.
Now it has shifted 10 feet across the road from KFC. It is still overflowing and littering the surrounding. Is this dustbin suitable this location. ??
