MBI Extends 75% Parking Discount until 30 June 2017

MBI has agreed to extend the 75% parking discount period in a statement issued yesterday.

“At the request of the town’s residents Ipoh Mayor Datuk Zamri Man has agreed to extend the reduction of 75% parking compound in conjunction with Ipoh’s 29^th City Day Anniversary and Ramadhan Al-Mubarak”

The collection of compounds for the 2 week period from 31/5/2017 to 14/6/ 2017 amounted to Rm 1,156,411.25 from  168,659 compound fines.

Ipoh City Councils offer is for only 2 offenses relating to 1) No display of parking coupon and 2) Parking outside a designated parking lot.

For other offenses those are subject to discounts and reductions in existing procedures.

Residents can make payments at MBI, Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil payment counter, MBI UTC and MBI  Drive-In counter.
