‘Tale as old as time..true as it can
be….Barely even friends then somebody
bends…Unexpectedly…Just a little change…. Small to say the least …. Both a
little scared … Neither one prepared … Beauty and the Beast’
Caught the
movie ‘Beauty and the Beast’ last night and it was lovely.
Belle and
the father….. the overbearing Gaston and his sidekick (did they betray any
signs of being gay???) and the the castle ‘staff’ ….the ‘clock, candlestand and
teapot’(can’t recall their names) …and then the ‘Beast’….all the characters were
so so so enchanting.
I don’t recall
seeing even a minute of ‘gay’-ness throughout the movie... though I must admit when
things became interesting ..(Barely even
friends, then somebody bends, Unexpectedly)
Upon Belle
discovering the library and the gentleness of the "Beast" …by then who cared whether the film depicted gay scenes
… (Both a little scared, Neither one
prepared)..
By then I just
wanted an evening of entertainment…..and it was a beautiful show…every minute of
the 1hr and 58 minutes …a time spent well, taking one’s mind away and being
entertained by a lovely fantasy.

Whatever was All That Fuss All About……hmmm!
