A Law Book To Aid Law Students

Peramjit Singh Bhullar presenting a copy of his book to YB Gobind Singh Deo Minister of Communications and Multimedia,
Peramjit Singh Bhullar, an examiner and lecturer who has taught law to undergraduate and postgraduate has authored and published a Law book entitled, “Malaysian Contract Law with Q&A 2019”

He joined University Tunku Abdul Rahman since 2010 as Law lecturer and lectures on average 400 to 500 students each year. However he feels that irrespective of how much hard work and effort a student instills while studying law subject, the ultimate test will be during the exam.

"One of the biggest problems students usually feel consists not only not understanding the principles of law but its application in a given situation.

Therefore the more a student prepares for Q&A, the better equipped they will be for that final hurdle".
..better equipped ..... with more Q & A

Local law books have always been scarce and therefore having this book is timely.

This ‘Easy Reader’ is specially prepared and compiled for any Malaysian student studying Malaysian contract law from intermediate to undergraduate level.

It allows students a good opportunity to practice exam types of questions and a guideline or sample answers are provided for “Every Chapter” to allow students to evaluate understanding of the subject

In any case, skill in revision and examination techniques is an art best acquired by actually practicing a lot of questions.

The book received positive feedback from its peer members and soon garnered a distribution deal from a major bookstore.

“Malaysian Contract Law with Q&A 2019” is available at MPH, Popular, Kinokuniya and Borders bookstores. It is priced at Rm36.

Peramjit is already working on his next books ‘The Law of Tort’ and ‘Malaysian Company Law’.
