Jaswant Singh Goes Korean For Dinner

They will show you how its done
Ipoh Garden East and Bercham have so much variety of food on offer it is sometimes difficult to decide where to go for dinner.  If you are looking for some place clean and affordable with pleasant ambience try Choi’s at Alishan coffee shop in that serves Korean food.

Choi, a Korean who has lived in Malaysia for many years serves Korean meals at 20%less than a normal Korean outlet because it serves in a coffee shop without air-condition.

Jaswant makes a meal for his mum to try

Educator, Jaswant Singh took his family there one evening. His mother hadn’t tried Korean and neither had his sister and brother-in-law who live in Australia.

The family enjoyed the dinner.
His mum found the food all right as compared to the usual Chapatti dinners and so did his brother in law.
Jaswant Singh
“The food is light. Eating bar-b-q’d meat with lettuce or even rice with Kimchi and bar-b-q’s pork is fine”

The family enjoyed it. It’s, something different and very light and refreshing” said Jaswant.

He added the cost was average for a dinner but the best thing about Choi’s it is in the neighborhood and very close and convenient.

Sounds like the perfect place for a weekend dinner, fast and no hassle with parking.
