Sometime this week will see me gobble down the last fruit cake of 2025 which will be the Eurasian. It was a bumper 2025 with friends offering their giftings. We had the English, Portugese and a Fruit Pie that came in aluminium wrap around. All have that same ingredients but each had their distinctive taste and flavour. I hope to have another gifting in 2026 later ??
