Another cable theft / open manhole at Bercham. This time on Persiaran Bercham Selatan 17/ Persiaran Bercham Selatan 34 junction. Seems that alert by YB Ipoh Timor is not getting the due attention. This the second highlight and in the same area in 10 days. ??
