With
Christmas around the corner OMPH Church held its annual gotong-royong to get the
church spick and spruced up for Advent leading up to Christmas.
Held on
Sunday 19 at 2.30 pm the afternoon saw helping and willing hands come together
to mop, scrub and clean the church and its surroundings.
Some provided their special services ....
Others lent their moral support service.
With the
church prepared the Advent décor is readied for the first mass.
Advent is
roughly the four week season before Christmas when many Catholics and
Christians commemorate the coming of Christ. This year Advent begins on Sunday
December 3.
