Saw these during my morning ride .....Cable
wire thieves were busy last night along Persiaran Bercham Selatan 20 and Persiaran
Bercham Selatan 17. ThIeves opened the manhole covers along these roads.
Along PBS20
there is still an uncovered manhole for 10days and a recently repaired cover, Its been a busy night.
Please be careful all drivers!!
