Cable Theft Again at Bercham

 

Saw a good Samaritan mark a Cable Theft manhole along Jalan Persiaran Bercham Selatan 1 this morning at 750am.  This gentleman put a coconut palm to mark the danger Manhole and went for another plastic container a few minutes later. Hopefully there won’t be a victim of this incident.

The highlight by YB Howard Lee that this is an organised crime syndicate is timely. I have seen 4 incidents of the moved manhole in the last 6 months all in Bercham and Ipoh Garden East. Clearly this is organised. I hope the police will act immediately before an innocent victim gets hurt.
