Exercise daily advises  Kuan Lek 102 year old resident of Simee home
The key to longevity is to exercise daily. This is the testimony of 102 year old Kuan Lek a resident of Simee Old Folks Home.  He made this amazing revelation at the Annual Christmas party and Buffet lunch at the home recently.

Kuan Lek despite his age was alert and attributed this to his daily exercise routine each morning which consists of 30 minutes ensuring movement of all his limbs. Regarding his diet he does not avoid any food and eats rice as usual.

Among the guests that attended the lunch was Bishop Sebastian Francis, Father Anthony Liew and Canning Councillor Wong Kar Keat. Later they joined Vincent to distribute Christmas goodies to the residents.
