This is a Penang Council Road Sweeper / Cleaner

I like the way Penang keeps clean. One worker with the right tools for the job and he gets the job done. The worker revealed after the front road he does the back lane. 

They've got the right approach - DUSTBINS outside each premises

...and the RIGHT TOOLS for the JOB... broom. dustpan, spade, scoop, big cart

..sweeps the 5 foot way + drain too ... 

..and disposes the garbage in his cart ....

..next he scoops the drain ...again the right tool for the job

.. again he puts the refuse in his cart 

..and goes on to the next block

A Clean Georgetown.

It works. Ipoh should follow.
