Triplets ..1st Time For BulBul Birds In My Garden

April ...Triplets Bulbul Chicks ..1st time

These Bulbul birds have made my garden into their love nest. This month in April they have given birth to triplets...a first for this bird in my garden. 

This Mama bird was friendly and waited for me to photograph her chicks.

.... and only fed them after i moved off

Its no wonder there was quite abit of chirping every morning at breakfast time. 

Last month in March the birds had two chicks. This Mama Bulbul was aggressive.

Whenever i approached the nest she would chirp loudly and as i was taking photo, cause the leaves were in the way, it would nosedive above my head.

Late 2021 they set up nest outside my kitchen door. A delicious honey bee for breakfast

This was late last year 2021. They made a nest right outside my kitchen door. It was good photo opportunity.

This Bulbul bird must find my garden quite conducive to conceiving a family. Till now i think this must be the eight or more generations of bulbul that have been conceived in my garden.

Beast of a Beauty

DUCATI ....My Precious

I had an encounter with a beautiful beast yesterday.

It was red and black and had a sleek and slinky aura that was ever so inviting. It brought me back to years ago when I had a similar encounter.

The rider's name is Bella 

Back then it didn’t have the curves and finesse of today but it still had that raw qualities of attraction ..that of RAAW Power….as you let out the clutch and felt the raw power of adrenalin from the twist of the throttle as it thrusts you fast forward …ahhh what a rush

That was the DUCATI that I remembered. It was a 250cc  unlike the one I encountered yesterday which I’m sure was a 900cc and was ridden by a woman.

Pardon my manners please ..her name (the rider) is Bella…

Yes, Italian bikes like the Ducati and Apirila (though I pronounced it as Parrila) were beasts compared to those well mannered British bangers of the day. But I settled for an docile I-talian .. MV Agusta in my day and it took me to many an adventure….ahh memories.

Hahahaha ....Selangor Sultan buys Painting of Parliament full of Monkeys, Apes, Frogs..

..... Sultan Sharafuddin immediately purchased the painting upon seeing it 

Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah of Selangor has purchased a painting that depicts MPs as monkeys, apes, and frogs.

The Selangor palace in a Fb post said that 'Sultan Sharafuddin immediately wanted to buy the painting upon seeing it'.

In the painting, Dewan Rakyat speaker Azhar Azizan Harun and two officers are depicted as humans.

However, politicians on both sides of the aisle are illustrated as various primates including chimpanzees, orangutans, mandrills, proboscis monkeys, and macaques.

Many of the simians are shouting at each other - a common criticism hurled at unruly MPs in the Dewan Rakyat. Among the monkeys and apes, are also frogs of various colours.
