History with The Star (2) Auditor Generals Report.

1. Customs $1m Boat that cannot be used

Sounds like the familiar Auditor Generals annual report doesn't it. But thanks to The Star Newspaper's 40th aniiversary they reprinted the AG's report from the year 1981. ( pls click on the report to enlarge)

Honestly, the report from 40 yrs before and now sounds like a continuous replay. I still recall the Ministry of Defence paying $1.20 (those days it was still dollar denomination) for a packet of Maggie Mee. hahahahaha! when the market rate was just 30 cents.
I dare say that in the last 40 years the only genuine praise that any of those auditor generals ever praised was for the Penang State Government under Lim Guan Eng last year.
I think i could do with a change!!!
